Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. All seven lessons are free. You give us your email address so we can send you the course, and that is the whole exchange. There is no trial period, no card and no paid upgrade.
Do I need to pay for any AI tool?
No. Every exercise is designed for the free plan of a common AI chat tool such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. Free plans have usage limits and they change, so the lessons tell you what was true on the day we checked and link to each company's own pages.
How long does it take?
Each lesson is about 12 to 15 minutes of reading plus a hands-on exercise of roughly 10 minutes. The whole course is about three hours. You can do one lesson a day for a week or go at your own pace.
Will you spam me?
No. You will get the course by email and occasional practical tips from Nova Toronto. You can stop the emails at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell your email address.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can send an email and use a web browser, you can do this course. There is no coding, no software to install and no jargon left unexplained.
