Your orders place themselves.
We build an AI agent for your store that sends every order to your supplier, uploads the tracking and confirms the shipment, so you stop copy-pasting orders at midnight and don’t have to hire anyone to do it. The AI does the work; a real person in Toronto checks it.
- Supplier POs placed automatically, checked before sending
- Tracking uploaded on time, shipments confirmed
- Daily order and profit report, weekly ads report
Sound familiar?
If your store sells through a supplier or dropship partner, this is probably your day.
Copying orders at midnight
Every order typed into your supplier’s site by hand: SKU, quantity, address, PO number. Two to four hours a day, weekends too.
One typo, one refund
Wrong item, wrong address, a missed order. Each mistake turns into a refund, a claim or a bad review.
Chasing tracking numbers
Late or missing tracking hurts your late-shipment rate and account health, and brings “where is my order?” emails.
You can’t take a day off
If you’re sick or on holiday, orders stop. The business only runs while you’re typing.
Hiring costs more than it fixes
A VA or order clerk costs $1,500–3,000 a month, needs training, needs your passwords and still makes copy-paste mistakes.
Ads you can’t read
You spend on ads every day but can’t tell which one actually makes you money.
What your AI agent does, every day
It follows the same steps you do now, only faster, all day and night, and without typos.
Picks up new orders
Checks Amazon, Shopify, Walmart or eBay every few minutes for new orders.
Places the supplier order (PO)
Creates the purchase order on your supplier’s portal, or by email or spreadsheet. It matches the SKU to your listing and checks the address first. Anything unclear is held for you, never guessed.
Uploads tracking and confirms shipment
Picks up the tracking number from the supplier and confirms the shipment on the marketplace on time.
Keeps customers updated
Sends “your order has shipped” messages and drafts replies to “where is my order?” with live tracking.
Reports orders and profit daily
Orders in, POs placed, shipped, problems, and profit per order after supplier cost and fees.
Reports your ads weekly
Spend, sales and profit per ad across Google, Meta and Amazon Ads every Monday, with what to pause and what to scale.
An AI agent vs. hiring someone
Same job. Very different month.
| Order clerk or VA | Your AI agent | |
|---|---|---|
| Hours | Shift hours, sick days, holidays | 24/7, weekends included |
| Cost | About $1,500–3,000 a month | One setup fee + a small monthly fee |
| Mistakes | Copy-paste typos happen | Checks SKU and address before ordering |
| Training | Weeks, again when they leave | Built once to your rules |
| Your passwords | Shared with a person | Stay with you |
| Busy season | Hire again | Handles 10 or 500 orders the same way |
We built it for our own stores first
Nova Toronto’s founder runs his own Amazon stores that ship through a supplier. The same problems hit us: hours of order entry every night, tracking to chase, and orders that slipped through.
So we automated it. On our own stores, an agent now drafts every supplier order from the Amazon orders, syncs tracking twice a day, finds any order that was never placed, and works out profit per order from the payout ledger and supplier invoices.
That is the system we set up for you, adjusted to your platform, your supplier and your rules. No “automated store” or income promises: we automate the work of a store you already run.

No new software to learn. The agent works inside your existing accounts.
How we get you there
1. Free 15-minute audit
You show us how an order moves today. We tell you which hours we can take off you, and give you a fixed price.
2. A 14-day pilot on one job
We start with one workflow, usually tracking sync, in approve-first mode. You approve each batch and see the hours it saves before we automate the rest.
3. It runs on its own
Once you trust it, it runs by itself. You get the daily report, and we monitor and fix it if a supplier changes their site.
Questions store owners ask
Which platforms does it work with?
Amazon Seller Central (FBM), Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, eBay and WooCommerce. On the supplier side it works with web portals, email orders, CSV/spreadsheet orders and EDI. If a person can do it in a browser, the agent can usually do it.
Will it order the wrong item?
Every order is checked before it is sent: the SKU is matched to your listing, the address is checked and the quantity is confirmed. Anything that does not match goes to a "needs you" list instead of being ordered. You can start in approve-first mode, where you press one button to send each batch.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. The agent runs on your own computer or a private server in your name, and you type your own passwords. We never store them.
How long does setup take?
Most stores are running in 1 to 3 weeks: one week to map your order flow and build, then a week or two in approve-first mode while you check its work.
What does it cost?
You get a fixed setup price after the free 15-minute audit, plus a small monthly fee for monitoring and fixes. For most stores it costs less than one month of a part-time order clerk.
What if my supplier changes their website?
Monitoring is included. If a supplier changes their site, the agent stops and alerts us instead of guessing, and we fix it.
